We are a leather jacket manufacturer recognised for the quality and excellence of our manufacturing. Our artisans pass on their traditional knowledge, passion, and creativity from one generation to the next. Our first step in a new project is the creation of a Specification Sheet, which serves as our guide for finding all necessary details and information to create the initial pattern.

LEATHER FACTORY

We can make your leather clothing from a simple sketch or a drawing. That is all we need. Luxury leather Italy is a leather factory that can turn an idea into reality, thanks to its professional team. Design evaluation, pattern development, prototype creation, leather selection, hardware selection, stitching and manufacturing are elements in the hands of our artisans.

After the initial sample has been created and approved by you, we can start production of leather garments with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 to 10 pieces per size. At this stage, we don’t require bulk orders, as we are Italian artisans and can work on a step-by-step basis.

HOW TO MANUFACTURE A LEATHER JACKET?

The first step is to use the best leather for your jacket. Our warehouse offers a variety of tanning and refinishing options, ranging from vegetable to chrome, from soft, plain Napa to vintage washed effects, tie-dye looks, pearl, and patent finishes.

There is a vast selection of different leathers and textures. Indeed, one of the most crucial goals for the company is R&D, or the development of new items. CUSTOM LEATHER JACKET

An Italian custom leather jacket prioritises texture, thickness, and colour consistency when selecting leather. We favour high-quality full-grain and top-grain leathers due to their durability and the way they develop a rich patina over time. Indicators of premium leather include uniform grain patterns and minimal scarring—all features that Luxury & Leather provides to its customers.

We source our leathers from tanneries that follow sustainable practices. This includes using fewer chemicals and treating animals with compassion and respect. We are also a member of the Leather Working Group (LWG), which enables us to make informed ethical sourcing decisions.

MAKING A LEATHER JACKET

We have cut the leather; the lining and hardware are already selected, so let’s sew and manufacture the jacket. We carry only the finest quality materials. Our workers do the rest.
